I started making floggers for myself in 2019 when I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for from other makers and wanted a new hobby to geek out on. Shortly after I made my own, friends were requesting me to to make them custom orders and after seeing the desire in my community for vibrant floggers, Whip City Floggers was born in Portland, Oregon. I hand make every toy I sell, building them to stand out and, most importantly, to last. My standard toys that are built on spec are made to work for folx of a variety of sizes, are carefully balanced, and do not have wrist straps. I find that wrist straps get in the way when I'm throwing floggers or whips, so instead, I include a removable leather loop so that you can hang your toys when not in use.
